Herrliche Natur ringsum, mit Ausblick auf das Gebirge und den Wasserfall Brudesløret (Hydnefossen), der besonders im Frühling während der Schneeschmelze einen beeindruckenden Anblick bietet. Das Gebirge Hemsedalfjellet ist Sommer wie Winter für Urlauber attraktiv. Es gibt idyllische Seen und ein schönes Terrain für Wanderungen. Ein Ruderboot steht Ihnen nach Absprache mit dem Eigentümer kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Es liegt an einem See etwa 5 km weiter bereit. Freies Angeln vom Boot aus erlaubt. Abends kann man sich dann, nach einem erlebnisreichen Urlaubstag voller neuer Eindrücke, in die hauseigene Sauna zum Entspannen zurückziehen. Tagestouren an den Sognefjord möglich. Die Rundfahrt ab Hemsedal über Lærdal, Erdal und das Gebirge Aurandsfjellet nach Aurland, weiter über Hol und zurück nach Hemsedal ist zu empfehlen.
