Hier wohnen Sie sowohl in der Nähe des lebhaften Zentrums als auch unweit des attraktiven Surfreviers. Zudem findet man auch schöne Naherholungsgebiete am Ringkøbing Fjord. Im Eingangsbereich sind Waschmaschine und Trockner untergebracht. Die renovierte Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wurde offen in den Wohnbereich mit Holzofen integriert. Von dort hat man über eine Stufe Zugang zum schönen Wintergarten mit Fußbodenheizung. Das 1. Stockwerk steht nicht zur Vermietung und wird gelegentlich vom Eigentümer bewohnt. In der KW 31 findet das lebhafte Hafenfest in Bork Havn statt, so dass dann mit teils erheblich erhöhter Geräuschkulisse zu rechnen ist. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen.
