Es wurde teils aus rustikalen Balken, teils aus Stein erbaut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Wohnbereich u.a. Holzofen, TV, SAT-Empfänger und DVD-Spieler. Zur Erholung stehen auch ein gr. Whirlpool und eine Sauna bereit. Nur etwa 200 m weiter kann man am Ringkøbing Fjord windsurfen. Die Nordseeküste liegt ebenfalls in Reichweite für einen Badeausflug. Im Ort Bork Havn findet jährlich in KW 31 ein Musikfestival statt. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen.
