Come visit our comfortable vacation apartment on the third floor in a central and quiet location. Here, everyone feels at home, especially with cable television, internet access, and a stock of spices, coffee, and other cooking staples, filled up by us before your arrival. Has 2 bedrooms for up to 4 persons. The apartment is located in the second floor and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub / shower and toilet. From the smaller bedroom dwellings you have access to the small southwest-facing balcony with parasol. This apartment has generous furnishing. Anything may be used by you as well.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven / microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic stove. Tea, coffee, sugar and a basic supply of spices, vinegar, oil, etc. is always available, so you can have a coffee or tea when you arrive. Perishable fresh produce are not available. The washing machine is located in the laundry room in the basement.

The living room has a large table with 4 comfortable chairs and a comfortable sofa. Cable TV is also available. There is wireless internet throughout the apartment.

The larger bedroom has a double bed 180x200 cm, plus a single bed. Wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage are available.

Smaller bedroom is a single bed which can be supplemented by baby beds. In front of the balcony has a beautiful wicker chairs place where you can make yourself comfortable.

The bath has tub / shower, toilet, hand basin and a rolling shelf for your extra items. Thanks to the window it is always very bright and there is plenty of ventilation.

From Stuttgart Airport the distance to the unit at Handschuhsheimer Landstraße 3, 69120 Heidelberg is about 79 km (49.3 miles), approximately a 49 minutes drive by car. Our house is located in the suburb of Neuenheim, with its old villa development and the many town houses from the Art Nouveau period that make it one of the most sought after residential areas of Heidelberg. To the Neckar is just about 200 meters, and then when you go on the Theodor-Heuss-Bridge, you are already at the Bismarckplatz. The city center is 10 minutes away.

From Bismarckplatz you're already on the main street into the pedestrian zone. Neuenheim itself is an independently grown district with many shops and restaurants, where you can sit outside in summer and can enjoy the specialties of the region. This district is known as the "French Quarter", which says a lot about the lifestyle and the types of activities.

In the immediate area of ??the market you will also find a whole grain bakery and confectionery, various specialty stores (Italian, French, Convent products) and several good restaurants. The property, located in the apartment houses, more apartments or rooms and it is inhabited by both a student apartment, families and singles. When the weather is so full of life in the courtyard, particularly for children (and parents) is very attractive.

Directions:
The Kussmaulstrasse bus stop is directly before the house, served by bus line 12 and streetcars 2 and 5a.

By car you reach the apartment like this:

From the north on the A5, exit Dossenheim. From there it's just 10 minutes to the apartment. Follow the signs to Heidelberg, then to Neuenheim. When booking you will automatically receive directions.

Coming from the south via the A5, exit Dossenheim. This way you don't drive through the city. Continue as above.
