Unfortunately we had to move Florida Family from Tampa, FL, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 We loved this home. Unfortunately the home had a category 3 plumbing problem while we were there. As a result we had to move. Utah Vacation Homes made it right by placing us in a larger home that was also very nice. My scoring of this home is based on our experience before the plumbing problem. The owner brought someone in immediately to restore the home. I assume the owner has corrected the problem and this will not happen in the future.		Overall Satisfacation
Great setup and great follow through Justin Smith from Newport Beach, CA, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2010 Slopes and Shores at Jordanelle a is great. It fit our entire group with ease and is as nice as it is big. The few minors issues that we had were resolved with such ease and pleasantness that it took an otherwise great trip and really helped make it wonderful. The hot tub was great, the ipod docking stations in each room was a definite bonus and the TV/movie room combo was icing on the cake. While we wished this property was located next to Main Street, we would gladly trade a three mile drive for such a great place to stay. Thank you for making our stay so great and for attending to our needs in such a quick manner.		Overall Satisfacation
slopes N shores Davidson Spring Break davidsonfamily5 from Houston, Texas, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2010 It was very nice. We did have a very big issue with the sewer gas smell coming from the main bathroom. Also, the hot tub guy said he knocked, nobody answered and so he just came on in through the house to work on the hot tub, my sister & brother in law were IN the hot tub. He proceeded to pour chemicals in with them IN it, saying it would not affect them. Thing is, the garage was open and it was obvious there was a car there. Thankfully they had baithing suits on!! Finally, we did have some issues with the washing machine, it was not working right. Lastly, there was no remote control for the tv in the master bedroom. Otherwise, we did like the place a lot, it was very nice. Property Manager Response: Thanks for your feedback regarding your stay, we will use the information to improve our procedures and Slopes and Shores A. Our hot tubs are serviced throughout the week, and it is especially important to have them serviced during guest stays as they are used a lot and can get dirty if they are not serviced. I apologized our hot tub maintenance crew surprised your family members. We will consider other ways to announce their arrival. We will check the washing machine and see what the problem could be.
