Just ok A guest from Bountiful, UT does not recommend this property. Stayed for 1 days in March, 2013 The property is in a great location, and we had a great time during our stay. There were a few hiccups in the whole process, however. There is never anyone at the front desk, making it a bit inconvenient to have to call for someone every time you need to check in or you have a question. Second, we accidentally left a very expensive toothbrush in our room. Calling to retrieve it was a bit confusing. No one knew if our room had even been cleaned since our departure, or the process of how we could locate our toothbrush. Last, our room seemed puzzled together with almost scrap materials. For example, the bed did not have a fitted sheet, but rather just a flat sheet laid over the mattress. It sayed in place and tucked in for about 2 minutes. It was not terribly comfortable. Property Manager Response: Response from The Lodge at Stillwater Hello Ms Doyle,I apologize for the inconveniences you encountered by the Front Desk hours being from 11 am- 7 pm. If at any time you needed anything after these hours a person could have been reached by calling the Lodge number. I will make The room had been cleaned after your stay and the toothbrush was not found in the room by either the housekeeper that cleaned the room or the head housekeeper going back to take a second look for the toothbrush. As for the room being puzzled together, I am not quite sure what that means. The owner of each condo furnishes the room as they see fit. I will bring it to their attention that you felt the bed was not comfortable.
