Garage and storage building, 1 car space in garage reserved for those renting cottage. Very neat, high standard cottage on 1.3 ha plot on promontory. Nice view from cottage and from sauna to the river which is lake like. Yard has large lawn, sand, pathways with stone slabs, and forest. In regard to its scenery and location this is one of the best cottage options in Hartola! Opposite shore 0.3 km, 2 neighbouring cottages (holiday cottage exhibition was held in this area in 2004), public fishing jetty 0.5 km. 2 jetties belonging to cottage only.

Spin drier. Cottage has a lot of open space indoors. Sleeping areas are upstairs.
