The cabin is nestled on the banks of the Bitterroot River, just 7 miles south of the town of Hamilton. You will enjoy world class fly fishing right on the property! This has been a favorite summer fishing cabin for more than 50 years, and we still have some open dates for this summer for your group.
The charming, rustic cabin is actually two cabins; the main cabin and a sleeping cabin.
The main cabin consists of two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, two bathrooms with showers, a nicely equipped galley kitchen, and a living and dining room with a beautiful wood burning fireplace for a crackling fire. A large screened patio overlooks the river and provides a bug free outdoor dining room all summer long.
The spacious sleeping cabin features a king bed and a full bathroom with tub and shower. Enjoy the sounds of the Bitterroot River rushing by from the front porch of this cabin, and enjoy the warmth of the wood burning stove on a crisp Montana evening.
Most guests really appreciate the rustic nature of the cabin and are charmed by the squeaky screen doors, heirloom cabin furnishings, and comfortable feel of the cabin.
Gather your group around the fire pit that has one of the best views of the Bitterroot River that you will find anywhere, or grab your fly rod and start casting right in front of the cabin. There are miles of fishing in both directions, and this stretch of the river is always productive.
This cabin truly is one of a kind and will provide you with memories of Montana that will last a lifetime. The cabin is available for rent from mid-March through the first week of October.
