Das Haus ist als behindertengerecht einzustufen, da lediglich die Tür des kleineren Badezimmers über weniger als 90 cm Breite verfügt. Sowohl beide Badezimmer als auch Küche, Wohnzimmer und Essecke wurden mit Fussbodenheizung ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der attraktive Whirlpool mit Unterwasserbeleuchtung lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von den Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten hat man Zutritt zur Südterrasse auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Gute, befestigte Zufahrtswege. Das Haus ist zur Hälfte von einer schönen, gefliesten Terrasse umgeben. Sandkasten für Kinder vorhanden.
