In der Umgebung können Sie Minigolf spielen, reiten und bowlen. Das Haus liegt zwischen den beiden reizenden Hafenstädten Hals und Hou, wo es einen schönen Fahrradweg gibt. Im Sommer wird in Hals jeden Mittwoch eine Strasse komplett für den Flohmarkt gesperrt. In Hou gibt es auch einen Flohmarkt, dieser findet im Sommer montags im Hafen statt. Ca. 35 km in die grössere Stadt Aalborg, wo es viele, schöne Geschäfte, zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants sowie viele Freizeitaktivitäten gibt. Besuchen Sie hier z.B. den Zoo, das Casino, das Marinemuseeum oder die bekannte Jomfru Ane Gade mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Ausserdem können Sie auch die Stadt Frederikshavn besuchen und hier den Hafen und die schöne Fussgängerzone erleben.
