Separate sauna building with dressing room, sauna (wood-burning stove and hot water cauldron), sauna has cold water pipe and electric light. Sauna in use only during summer. In winter both cottage customers and caravaners in area can book sauna in owner’s house. Small red cottage and separate sauna building at edge of large economic centre. Several other cottages around plot. Grassed yard area is level and light. From cottage to shore a path, at the end of which a swimming shore and jetty. Owner’s land has caravan site and opportunity to rent smoke sauna, hot tub and outboard motor.
