Chalet on plot on slope, with level grassed yard on both the land side and the shore side. There are 2 cottages in the cape, other neighbours are more far away. Shore path is fringed with many fine large ostrich ferns. In the farm area there is also a WWF-type landscaped meadow and a forest lean-to approx. 200 m from the cottage. Good fishing waters. Owner has share in Aulankogolf course 18 km, several other golf courses within a 30-km radius. Two horse riding stables 15 km. Sappee Ski Resort 35 km.
