This was a dream vacation for me, my husband and our two girls, 6 and 12. Our unit was EXTRAORDINARY. However, when we gave in to our excitement about the two massive, beautiful outdoor pools and went to swim, we discovered the pools were not heated. This may have been fine in the summer months, but in March/beginning of April, the highs were in the high 60s to mid-700s, which meant that without heat the pools were FRIGID. The kids tried many times to "get used to it," but never did. So they found themselves in the miniscule indoor heated pool with way to many kids in it, twice a day. The pools should have been heated. The location lost a whole star for that reason.
