Stayed for 30 days in January, 2013 The location was excellent,,,the condo was clean however carpeting need to be replaced, the living room furniture also should be replaced...pots and pans, light bulbs, coffe pot were all in bad shape but rental company replaced them immediately upon our call. Bath towers were in poor conditon as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Gulf Coast Resort Rentals.
