Great family location! A guest from Ceder Park, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2013 We stayed in 1502. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. They had everything we needed in the kitchen ( dishes, pans, toaster and coffee pot).. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. The first day we had some ants so I reported it and they had an exterminator there the same day! crusin' the coast #16 Roger W. from Montgomery, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in October, 2012 This was our 7th stay at the Legacy Villas, 3rd time in this unit. The location is great for this event. Getting in and out is easy because you can go to a backstreet and avoid the beach road if desirable. All units have a lockable garage, very nice for the old cars. Furnishings are average and vary from unit to unit. All units could use carpet upgrading, the berber is getting a little long in the tooth and is showing a lot of wear. There were only a couple of maintainence items needing attention, which I will mention to Gulf Coast. Lighting needs upgrading to brighter bulbs esp over the lavs.We will be reserving this unit again next year, it's more expensive than a motel but priced very well compared to other condos. The security is very good with guards on duty and very visible during high traffic times in the evenings when a lot of people are on the streets. Wonderful Stay at Legacy Villas (#1502) Sherry S. from Beaumont, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 My family and I were so pleased with our recent stay at the Legacy Villas(unit 1502). Our unit was very nice and accomidating. The walk in pool and the covered outdoor kitchen was wonderful. We cooked dinner one evening and ate by the pool while the kids swam and had fun. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back and stay longer next time. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Our stay... John and Fallon N. from LA, recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 When we entered the villa it was very clean and smelled clean. We did not know we had to supply ourselves with toilet paper and garbage bags. What dissatisfied us during or stay was the pools pump going out the day we arrived so we could not enjoy the pool which had the beach like entrance. The office personal on the weekend is very light to non existence. We felt very safe inside the gated community. Traffic inside was very light and there was not much noise outside. Legacy villas A guest from Chicago, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2012 Although the villa was beautiful as well as the little park, there was one thing that really bothered me. That were the trains, who really made a lot of noise ( honking) especially during the nights. Otherwise, it was perfect though a little bit quiet.
