Our First Real bad experience w/ G.S.R.

Stayed for 28 days in February, 2013
We already spoke to George and others numerous times about the many problems we had . We also left detailed notes at the unit. Also, George had promised us a gift certificate to Yuki's restaurant, for " all our inconvenience", but we never got that. We have been renting from you for quite a few years now, but this year's experience was by far the worst .
