On the far side of the dining room, there’s a half bath. On the upper level, there are two large bedrooms with small balconies and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Directly outside one of the bedrooms, there’s a sleeping nook with daybed. The yard is fully fenced. House is ~2800sf.
