The great room has two living room areas, one centered on the TV, one centered on the woodstove, a dining area, and a kitchen. Out the front door, there's a deck with outdoor dining. Off the main living space, there's a small hall with a half bath, a full bath, and three bedrooms. At the rear of the house, there's a hot tub on deck. There are well-defined hiking trails throughout the property. Driveway to house is steep, narrow and long, but in good condition. House is ~2200sf.
Your well-behaved dog is welcome. Dogs under 25 pounds only Starbright and Starlight can be rented together as Starlight Retreat at a discounted rate.
Cleaning $120, 11% tax on rent and cleaning, $75 non-refundable security protection.
