There are four levels, creating separate spaces for guests to occupy. The first level is an open-plan living room and kitchen with dining area, which opens to the fenced rear yard, deck, hot tub and outdoor dining. The second level has one bedroom and the bathroom. The third level has a large master bedroom with sitting area. Up a ladder, the fourth level is a loft sitting room. The rear yard is fully fenced.
