This home is a backyard in-law unit, located behind the larger main house. The owners of the main house are great folks if you get the chance to meet them! The living room is open to the kitchen, with bar seating for two and a dinette set. The bedroom and bathroom are off the main living space. Downstairs, there's outdoor dining, landscaped garden with meditation area, and hot tub. It's two blocks to the neighborhood beach. House is ~600sf.

Your well-behaved dog is welcome. Limited to one dog, under 25 pounds.

Cleaning $80, 11% tax on rent and cleaning, $40 non-refundable damage waiver.
