Simple luxury A guest from San Jose, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 My husband and two teenage daughters and I popped up to Pine Mountain for a quick weekend getaway. Our primary goal was to visit Yosemite, but also to check out Pine Mountain Lake for a possible return trip during the summer. Our weekend was flawless. The house was simply elegant - so many fine little touches that make you feel like you're really enjoying some luxury. Accessing Yosemite was a breeze. The town of Groveland had some great places to eat and hang out. We are hoping to come back! This is one of the best rentals. It is spotless, well stocked, and has an amazing private deck with a view. Our family had a great time on Thanksgiving. Above and Beyond the regular rental Timothy C. from Palm Beach Gardens, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in August, 2012 The house was above and beyond. The view is spectacular on the back porch and there is a neighborhood quality in that area that makes it nice as well. People walking there dogs in the evening etc. The little things you need are all there. The owners have left many of their personal items that make it just a bit better then the average rental and make your stay that much better. A drop of glue for this or that is there in the drawer. A pen or a pencil and the always needed screwdriver is there in some form. Mugs in the freezer. There is gas in the grill outside. Those kinds of things are omnipresent. Well kept and clean. The owners are either new to this or they understand the needs. I hope they keep it up. My guess is the owners want there place to feel like home. If you rent this place take care of it for others and also so the owners will continue the process of making it like home for others who stay. Its clear to me the place was recently totally re-done inside and out. Many items are new. We really enjoyed it and you will also.
