Cute place, great deck A guest from Santa Rosa, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2012 The location is near a small swimming area, but not within walking distance to the main area which was kind of a bummer. Fit 5 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Not too difficult to child-proof for those with toddlers, unless you want to spend a lot of time outside on the deck because there are two sets of staircases that would have to be blocked off somehow. Bring your own set of knives if you intend to cook; those knives are dull and hazardous to use! No phone or cable. not sure if there was supposed to be cable? They sent a guy to fix both while we were there but whatever he did didn't work. Good stock of old movies that we really enjoyed. Love being up at PML, but would stay somewhere closer to the main swimming area next time. Great location! Nice view, but.... A guest from Concord, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2012 This house is big enough for 8 people, has excellent view of the lake, close to the Lake Lodge. However, we wished that the furniture was updated. There was not enough seating in the living room: broken down futon and 3 armchairs. There was also 2 ottomans, one of which kept loosing one leg. The TV is also very old and small, no cable, which was OK with us as there were plenty of VHS tapes and DVDs. It would be nice if one of the guest bedrooms had a queen bed in stead of 2 twins, but that's just my personal preference. We did enjoy the deck very much!
