nice house Vladimir J. from San Jose, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 Good house, large and nice living room area.I would add trash bin on a kitchen and night light on the first floor bedroom. Also bringing our own sheets and towels was kind of new to us. |

Will not return Connie W. from Tracy, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 We have stayed at a few vacation rental properties and were quite shocked that first the staff seemed short with us when giving us directions for the area. Then we realized that they DON'T provide linens, but CHARGE you for them if you want them. Then the fridge was dirty and most of the furniture had tears and stains on them and were covered with blankets. Some of the linens had blood stains on them. No heater in the downstairs area you have to plug in a space heater. The fireplace needs a serious cleaning it is very dusty. Overall we had a dirty feeling. The best part is the backyard area where your precious little ones can slide right off the slide and to their DEATH since there is about 1 foot between the end of the slide and a steep ravine. And the locals absolutely hate visitors and make to attempt to hide it. And everything closes at around 9 P.M. If you plan on going to Yosemite eat there as you will not find anything else that remotely resembles food once you leave there. I would suggest you go to El Portal instead that city is much better. |

Very Spacious Dona L. from Antalope, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2011 Wish we could stay longer. The place was wonderful coz it hold 8 of us esp. with kids. Deck was nice but furnitures were dirty when we got there & deck not swept. Those little acorns are dangerous if you slip on one. Hope the ice maker was working & easier set up for controls with the entertainment center. We were excited about the jacuzzi by the master bedroom but it was dirty. Other than that we were out most of the time going to Yosemite Park that we didn't get to enjoy the place much. By the way, love the kitchen-it's very functional. |

Nice Place (needs some minor maintenance) A guest from Honlulu, HI recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2010 PROS: The property was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Nicely appointed with a large porch and full kitchen (& plenty of cookware). WiFi worked fine if you know what to put in for the passphrase.CONS: Outside play structure was pretty old and weathered. There was a broken step off of the porch. The satellite TV didn't have reception. Telescope looked nice but (perhaps intentionally) had no power to operate the positioning. All in all, Nice place. |

Two levels, many different rooms for different people to go. Convenient location - PML and Yosemite close. Deck and main room have beautiful view, especially at sunset.Few items for improvement:1) Hot tub not operational2) Could have been a little cleaner3) TV and surround sound were next to impossible to figure outOverall, would recommend |

Property 8/247 A guest from Redwood City, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2009 It is a really nice and spacious house, but the air conditioner is barely working, so during the day it was impossible to stay in the center of the house. Also, downstairs windows don't open and there is a definite smell as soon as you enter the lower level. It is cool there during the day, but smell won't let you enjoy it. And it is hot there at night because you can't open any windows. Also as soon as you bring food on the terrace (which is really large and nice) you get wasps - so we had to have all our dinners inside.overall it is a nice house, but we won't go there again because of the reasons above. |

Yosemite Trip Renato G. from Ventura, California recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2009 Overall, we were very pleased. The only thing we were disappointed with was the lack of air conditioning in the home. It was very hot in the region for that weekend and the swamp cooler only made it worse inside the home. Fortunately for us we spent all days in the Yosemite Park but when we returned to the home around 9pm at night, the house was still blazing hot. So that is my only complaint, the next home I rent will definetly have to have air conditioning. Thank You |

The best we have seen Anne C. from Benicia, California recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2009 To say that we are pleased is an understatement. Not only was the house everything that was advertised, it had several things that were extras. The kitchen was very well equipped and that is saying a lot, because we have rented cabins before. We ended up bringing a lot of kitchenware that was not needed. And the place had a telescope. We had great fun with that. And it had toys and games. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. |
