This condo is a Studio with a Queen Murphy bed that pulls out of the wall, and a sofa sleeper as well. Sleeps up to 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, wood burning fireplace, internet, 40inch flat screen TV with BluRay player, private balcony and is Slope side to SolVista Basin at Granby Ranch. Guests also have access to the Summit Clubhouse which features an indoor pool and a hot tub. Located in the middle of it all with ski in/ski out access to Ski Granby Ranch and neighboring the Headwaters Golf Course, The Summit is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in Grand County. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30 minute drive. Please note firewood is not provided but is available at the local supermarket.
