God's blessings of life long friends Dorothy R. from Mt Orab, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 There were 14 of us, 6 couples and 2 widows...the place was perfect! Our ages ranged from 61 to 75. We cooked, ate, laughed, played games, watched movies and talked and was a wonderful time. We are a group of friends who have been together for over 30 years...all getting older and for some us our health is not great. This was a relaxing weekend with rain all day but we were content to stay inside and just enjoy each other. This home was perfect for us...plenty of room to spread out, come together, and everyone had their own bedroom and BATHROOM which seems to be important when you get to be our age! We hope to make this an annual trip and hopefully see some sunshine and enjoy the wonderful decks by sitting on them! The kitchen was perfect, the great room with plenty of room for everyone to sit...driveway is a little steep but our vans managed. Upgrade the televisions in the bedrooms, the flooring around the wet bar had some gaps in it, the flooring in the big bedroom downstairs bathroom was coming up or was never really glued down, lastly, I know that there are bugs because it's in the woods but there were a little too many inside for me and they were not all dead. Our stay was wonderful! We had a couple of problems but the maintenance men where on top of it and were extremely nice. We have a large family and had plenty of room for everyone!!! King of the Mountain was awesome!!! A guest from Antioch, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 We stayed there for my son's wedding. Beautiful cabin and views. We had a sewage pipe break while we were there and they got right to it and fixed it and refunded me 234 dollars for the smell we had to put up with while they were fixing it. They fixed it so nobody else renting the cabin will have to deal with it so don't worry!!..lol......Really the only negative thing about the cabin is the driveway and the parking. The driveway is so steep that you almost have to get a running start in some vehicles to make it up the driveway and turning around at the end of it is impossible if there's more then one vehicle parked there. But the cabin itself cannot be 's beautiful!!!!We actually saw two bears from the deck while we were there!!
