Has a full bath with this bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a Flat screen tv and dvd player. Full bath located across the hall. Master Bedroom has a King bed with a flat Screen TV and dvd player. Master bath is located with the master bedroom. Huge whirlpool, 2 sinks nice shower. This condo has crown molding, Hardwood flooring and Ceramic tile. Very nice balcony that overlooks creek and pool area. Tastefully decorated. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets please. The latest dvd's are located in the lobby for rent along with xbox systems and games. Seasonal pool and hot tub and seasonal fireplace with this unit. Trolly stop at the front lobby and only minutes from downtown. Enjoy

Needs to have more seating area available. We had six in our group,(3 adults and 3 teenage girls) and there is seating available for 4. The extra have to sit in a dining room chair or bar stool. Not very comfortable during an entire movie. But that is my only complaint. While there, we experienced trouble with the main T.V., but the staff was on top of it. They solved the problem quickly. They were friendly and courteous. We had an enjoyable week that went by too fast. The condo is close enough to the main strip to walk if you desire, has great beds, and is very clean! My girls kept telling me, I did a wonderful job picking out the place. It was clean, spacious and within walking distance of the main street in Gatlinburg with no big hills to walk up. I loved that all 3 bedrooms were on one floor and not on three levels like some townhouses. This eliminated the worry of my 2 year old granddaughter running and falling down stairs. When we were leaving I caught myself wishing I could take this condo with me and replace my house with it. The room was large, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. My family is very picky about the cleanliness of the places where we stay on vacation, and this was definitely one of the cleanest, with nice clean, bright bathrooms, clean floors and carpets and very clean kitchen area. It is a convenient walk to town. Across the street from the pool area are some run down buildings which is too bad, because it's not the fault of these condos, and it detracts from the clean and quiet atmosphere somewhat. All the people we encountered that work there were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2011 The only observations made were that the 2nd king bedroom as well as the bathroom in the hallway had doors that did not lock. A problem with 8 people staying together. Also all the bedrooms main light switch also turned off the outlets on thewall. Could not easily use any chargers or alarm clocks at night without balancing on top of the bed to try and pull the cord to turn the light off at the fan. Close walk to The Village shops and the Gatlinburg strip close to traffic light #6. Negatives: wet toilet paper roll on master bed when we arrived. Also, discovered blood on sheets in pillow area in extra bedroom as I was stripping bed. Stains matched mattress pad underneath so sheets could not have been changed in at least that bed prior to arrival. Reported to management.
