King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, King in 2nd bedroom, full bath across from bedroom, King in 3rd bedroom with 2 person whirlpool, full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

Stayed for 6 days in April, 2013 The condo was very nice, except for a few spots on the beige rug and the water being turned off for several hours on our first day. When we arrived in the parking garage it was a little hard to find the lobby. A maintenance man escorted us to the elevator and used his access card to get us to the lobby. We were allowed to check in before 4:00 pm which was great but didn't have any water until around 6;00 pm that night. We have stayed at some very nice condos in Pigeon Forge but this condo was the best - location, space and security. We will be back next year. The only feedback I would give them is to put doors on the master bathroom. It is a double door opening and proved a little inconvenient when you and your spouse operate on different schedules. Getting ready early in the morning can wake up your partner with lights and noises. I prefer a little more privacy in the bathroom. Also, they are very 'green', which is good but the housekeeping group should plug the lamps and clocks back in when a new guest is arriving that day. They had night lights in the bathroom drawers but none of them worked. These are little inconveniences and the condo was very quiet and beautiful so I would still rent there again. Although this unit is gorgeous, we prefer to have actual doors that close off the MBA from the MBR, so as not to disturb the sleeping person while the early birds shower. Plus everyone wants to have private time when they use the restroom! Also we prefer to have a downtown view from the balcony because this units balcony gets full blasting sun all day long. This makes it impossible to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the balcony & the only time we used it was when the sun was going down. Other than that, if those 2 issues don't bother other people, it's a fabulous condo to rent! Usually we stay in the mountains but I have grown to be cautious of the winding narrow roads. So we decided to stay along the strip. Mountain Vista was the best place we have stayed so far in Gatlinburg. Often times we would arrive at our rented facility only to find it's not what the computer picture described. When we walked into our condo 511 we were very pleased how modern the condo really was. Actually it was better than the computer picture. The staff was really great. All in all we have found our permanent spot when we return back to Gatlinburg. I can not say enoung about this condo. It was wonderful. This is a very nice property where you can easily walk into town instead of having to drive. The front desk staff was helpful with my questions about wifi, the environmental services staff work hard to keep the common areas and room clean.
