We had a great time Eric R. from Cincinnati, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 I would stay here again, it was very clean but my trash under the sink was not emptied it was full. The location was great, the only thing I did not like was in the bedroom downstairs there was no tv, and no ceiling fan. We had a great time at this location. A little dated, but nice location Connie W. from Richmond, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 The master bath only has a jacuzzi no shower. None of the baths have a large sink only pedastal sink so there is nowhere to sit your stuff. There are no pot holders in kitchen if you cook alot like we did. Mattress broken down in basement bedroom, made my sons back hurt. Hot water doesnt last long for lots of showers. television are all very small and only one dvd player in cabin, made it hard on us but we still liked the cabin. Good location if you walk up the road you could see Ober Gatlinburg and the skiers. Good view out back windows. You only see a mountain ledge in front.The sofa in living room was a little broke down also so made it hard to sit on, hurt your neck if you sat long. the cabin was clean except the vaccuum canister was completley full of dirt when we got ready to vaccum. The staff were great very helpful when we checked in and later when we had forgotten something in cabin. Overall good cabin, alittle expensive for what we got. Our Thanksgiving Holiday At Three Bears Lodge A guest from Lima, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2012 The people we dealed with at American Mountain Rentals were very helpful and always kind. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the cabin was as the outside picture online doesn't do it justice. Suggestions to the homeowner is to update the TVs especially in the main living room and also the grill. Also alot of light comes in the bedrooms at night due to the entrance light to the complex behind the cabin so maybe room darkening blinds would help with that issue.
