We loved the multiple decks, eleven people and it was sometimes hard to keep track of was great!!!I can't forget to mention the bears...on our first day we saw four at different times. One cub as we were passing "Bears and Baskets", another up on a ridge behind the house, and a third right outside the back door after sunset. The next morning, a large adult came strolling right through the front yard.....awesome!!! Oh, the raccoon that made his 9:30pm investigation of the lower deck and front yard every night was long as you didn't interupt him by trying to get his picture!!! He was our night watchman.This was our second rental and we are looking forward to more beautiful times this fall!!!! Stayed for 4 days in March, 2012 We were assigned Brealthless as a last minute substitute due to a maintnence issue at our origional property. The cabin was very spacious and the location was fine since we did not want to be in Pigeon Forge. I was however disappointed in the cleanilness. There were dead bugs, pizza crusts, hair and other dirt/dust throughout. Outside there was a filthy grill (so bad we couldn't use), garbage spread across the back yard and the lint/dust contents of a vaccuum dumped right outside the door. Additionally, the hot tub was not turned heated, so we had to wait an entire day to use. Overall the property was nice, but showed a bit more wear and tear than I expected. The 1st property was a dump and located in a collection of what appeared to be a dirty location. The outside area was awful. The Jenny S. from Hobart, IN recommends this property. We made use of all the amenities - pool table, hot tub, jacuzzi tubs, decks, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable air conditioning. We saw some bears, too. The spacious chalet had three levels with bedroom, bath, sitting room, and one or more decks or balcony on each one. Decorative objects enhanced the decor. It was a wonderful vacation place. It was colse to both Gatlynburg and Piegon Forge for convenient shopping. The kids especailly loved the hot tub, and not a night went by that they were not in that tub. I especailly liked how each family had it's own level(floor), so at night when we were trying to get the kids to sleep, they were not bothered by the other children.The only thing that i was very disappointed about was, after we were home a day we got a call about a TV that got moved from one room to another (on the same floor, 15 foot away from origional spot) the property manager said that his maintance man could not move the TV back to the sitting room on that floor. Furthermore, he was going to have to charge us $25 to hire another maintance man to help him move the TV. I could understand this if my daughter-in-law, who is 5'1", 130lbs, and has a potassium deffiency (which makes her muscles cramp & hurt) moved the TV by herself. I think that was a blow below the belt just to get more money. But, I paid it and would again stay there, I would just move the TV back before I left. When we arrived, it appeared dirty, the linens didn't look clean; the curtains in the living room were water stained; the sliding patio doors were difficult to open and close; no screens on the windows and no phone line. The musty dampness bothered several of us especially my older mother with chronic bronchitis. We asked to move and we had to pay a $50 cleaning fee. For what I don't know. there is no way we made any kind of a mess there, and it was obvious that no one had been in there to clean recently. We were moved to Breathless for the same price as Wind Singer which was a real bargain. I was very happy with the cleanliness and quality of that house. Thank you. You have a great mountain view from all the three decks. The kitchen was fully furnished with all kinds of vessels big, large and small all the things we brought for cooking were not even opened. The only and only -ve that i can see is that you dont have a music system where you can connect you laptop to, but i could have avoided that by writting some CD's before hand or carrying the right cables to connect to the TV.
