Carpet needs to be replaced , floors were not swept as good as they should have been. hair on floor in master bath. need better instructions on how to lick and unlock the property. The unit needs a few more glasses. Could not use the fireplace , it is nonvented and when started it set off the alarm for carbon mono. The rooms were large and well appointed. close to many attractions. I would suggest putting a troly schedule in the units as we used it frequently. Spacious, Great Location, Scenic View Kimberly S. from Homewood, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2012 This property is in a great location. It is very close to the parkway, but just far enough away that you can relax and enjoy the scenic view from the huge balcony area. We were so amazed by how spacious this property was compared to what we had expected. We were traveling as two couples with one child. Both bedrooms are spacious king suites, and the common living areas have a lot of room. One of the bedrooms has a connected bathroom, and the other bedroom has a bathroom just outside of the bedroom door. The location of the bathroom door is nice because, even though it is not connected to the bedroom, you do not have to walk anywhere near a common area to get to the bathroom, which offers a lot of privacy. The pullout couch was a great option for our child to sleep. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with top of the line cooking supplies, so we were able to cook several meals at the condo. The property made us feel very safe based on location, and the fact that many of the people staying there are seasonal or year-round residents. There is a grocery store and package store just down the street (about 1/2 mile) from the property, which we found was very convenient. Overall, a great property!
