All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet.We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

The condo was nice, roomy, comfy, and very clean. I only have one criticism - the TVs were outdated. My son brought his PS3 but could not play since TV did not have HDMI output. It was relatively close to everything we needed especially once we learned the roads that kept us off the main drag except for just a few lights. We would have appreciated a heads-up about the construction being where you needed to park to ride the tram to Obergatlinburg as we'd paid to go there via the tram but instead had to drive up as we couldn't figure where to go and walking very far wasn't an option with one in our party with a bad knee but that was our only complaint. Usually when our group visits an area, the folks provide us with these tidbits and hints about backroads to help us to better get around. This helps us also not to contribute to the congestion on the main drag if we don't have to. Wonderful place to visit! The first year we rented a cabin, second year; a hotel, and this year we rented a condo at Mountain Vista. We rented a two bedroom and with 6 people we had more than enough room. The condo was clean. The furnishing were modern and it was beautifully decorated. It was a short walk from our room to Downtown. As a matter of fact, the street you walk out on brings you to the corner across from the Mountain Mall. We will definitely book with Mountain Vista for our next trip. (thinking about trying Gatlinburg in the summer, this place has a beautiful pool and a fitness room that our children said was the bomb!)
