Unit is completely handicap accessible, King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with roll in shower, washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

The staff are amazing, always kind and considerate. The location is perfect - you never have to get in your car to enjoy everything that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer because it is just a very short walk to everything, attractions like Ripleys Aquarium, great dining, and tons of shopping. Need groceries and supplies? - Food Giant is less than 5 minutes away - on Hwy. 321. Every condo we've visited at Baskin Creek was awesome. Each unit has a large covered patio- perfect for morning coffee. The units are very well designed for family or friends to share. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The pool and hot tub as well as the grounds are immaculent!! The exercise room is never crowded. Thanks to everyone who always make our visits memorable - we are never ready to come home!! Tim and Jennifer's wedding was beautiful, too!At the wedding, four of the guests were so disappointed with their hotel that they moved to another hotel. So, you might want to read the hotel reviews before making your reservations, or visit the hotel in person, if it is not a busy time of the year.I highly recommend Baskins Creek 109 and look forward to the opportunity to visit Gatlinburg again and stay at Baskins Creek soon!
