All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

The beds had no bed skirts. The blankets on the beds were torn and stained. It is very cold outside and the torn stained blankets were the ONLY blanket in the room. I had to borrow a frying pan from the Front Desk because there was not one in any of the cabinets. As a matter of fact the kitchen only had 1 steak knife. No pictures on the walls and I could go on. Our condo (#207) did not have any "homey touches" like pictures on the walls or area carpets but it was adequate for ourn purposes. I also didn't find it particularly well stocked for glassware, dishes and particularly no wine glasses! A family of 4-6 for instance would not have enough dishes for long. The parking is great and we loved the elevator working only with the room key card, very nice technology. Overall a nice saty and we would consider coming back but tehre IS a lot of competition! This was the most beautiful place we've ever staiyed in and we've been visiting Gatlinburg for thirty some years. Only complaint is the cabinets were too high for me as I'm only 4'10" so my 6'4" husband had to get dishes and glasses down for me.But I coped as it wasn't a really big deal. My only sorrow is that other people fail to respect someone else's property. The nicks in the woodwork and black marks on the woodwork from vacuum cleaners etc. We always treat the places we stay in as we would want someone to treat ours. We also wish there had been a little better view from the balcony. All in all we had a great time and we loved the large rooms. Would love to bring our children down sometime to stay there with us.
