This condo has just been freshly paiinted. New decor and bedding .King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

The only issue is that youth groups have started staying here, too, with large groups of kids. This causes some late night hall noise and a complete monopoly on the wifi. We stayed with my son and his family in March 2012 and had a wonderful experience and so we came back. The condo was within walking distance from the center of Gatlinburg but you were away from the noise and the hustle and bustle. I felt like I was staying in "the woods". The condo was big enough so you didn't feel cramped like in a hotel. Didn't get into the pool but sat at the side and the pool and area around it were very clean. The trolley stopped in front of the condo if you wanted to ride on it. The porch was big enough for us to sit on and enjoy the view. Will definitely come back. As a condo owner myself I have a full stocked condo in the event my renters plan to cook or grill out. I also was not happy to receive a note on my door what smoking on balcony has been seen from our room. My family nor anyone with us smoke, but the front desk refused to hear me out. Very disrespectful! TV's really need updating. And mattresses on bed were horrible. Not sure I will book this condo or unit again. Would stay again (possibly). Here are a few concerns, none on the condo itself. Went to check in but got in at 9:30 pm due to car trouble. No one there! They did leave the key outside after I got ahold of someone but no staff around after certain times. Which brought up another issue. Seems the staff is sent home in evening when volume is light, not totally bad unless you want to swim. Pool closed by 8 pm nights of stay, not happy!!!! Hot and balmy, wanted to swim after hiking and walking, NOT! Seems staff HAS TO lock pool when they leave. If thats the case either A: Don't leave before 10pm or B: Don't advertise your pool is open til 10pm. Kids and I both very displeased by this. That alone will make me find another property, stayed at another property our last night and swam til 11pm!! Other than that, you shouldn't get charged a cleaning fee because you clean the place prior to leaving by the rules. Not sure what the charge is for?? The location is great as it is only about five blocks to the main street in Gatlinburg. Great for walking through town. You don't have to worry about trying to find a parking place. It is also convenient to Pigeon Forge as you don't have to drive through Gatlinburg when going to Pigeon Forge. The condo could have been cleaned a little better. There was dust on the ceiling fan blades, both sinks in the master bath were slow to drain, and most of the remote controls did not work. But overall it is a nice place to stay.
