This condo has just recently been repainted. King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Flat Screen TV's and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet.We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

Clean, quiet, central, easy to find, plenty of parking, spacious condo. There is NO phone service in the condo, not great so if you go, have a cell phone, there is Wi-Fi so that was great. Baskins Creek 106 was a great choice! There was soooo much space in the condo. Sometimes things aren't what you see in pictures online. However, I can say this place is exactly what you see and more. Downtown was in walking distance which helped with not having to pay for parking, which is pricey. My kids loved this place, some days they just wanted to hang out at the condo. We felt right at home. I have told everyone I know about this place. We will definitely be back!!!!! The only issue we had was the front desk was not helpful when we asked about cabs. They took no effort to look any recommendations up for us; they just shrugged their shoulders and said "eveyone here walks." It was 30° outside and raining so walking wasn't an option.
