Newly redecorate, fresh paint and beautiful decor. This unit sleeps 8 guest. King in master with fireplace and 40" flat screen tv and dvd player, 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, 42 " flat screen tv, private balcony, sleeper sofa, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee. NOTE* If you have no more than 6 in your group please let us know and we will lower the rate accordingly.

The parking was plentiful and almost all of it was covered. I have stayed at this property before with friends and can say that every time I have been here the experience has been great. It really feels like a home for your vacation. Having a balcony is a very nice addition as it gives you some extra space even inside your unit. The pool and hot pool are also a great way to end your day. Finally being within walking distance of the Gatlinburg shopping district is just great. Great furnishings, close to elevator, overlooks pool, nice deck furniture, very clean. Couple of minor issues: bathroom sink didn't drain, no way to turn on bathroom light from the master bedroom and the worst issue was that the unit smelled like fried food for our whole stay, probably from the previous guest's cooking. Room 511 and 410 A guest from Murfreesboro, TN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 1 days in June, 2012 Room 511's carpet was extremely dirty with stains on it and a big stain in the livingroom. I really didn't realize we had to strip our beds, empty our own trash, and start the dishwasher. This was a 3 bedroom, and there was only one little shampoo for all 3 bdrms.The 2nd room, 410 was a cleaner room, but the water in the shower came out on the floor, and the sheet in the king room didn't fit the matress and we kept have to pull it down. We didn't have enough towels, and when I went to ask the maids for extra towels, they couldn't even speak English. That night and way in to the middle of the night, there were loud partying going on outside and kept me awake. There was nobody at the desk to complain to about this, and I would have yelled at the men but didn't want to start a fight.The people at the desk during the day were very nice, but I wouldn't recommend these two units to anyone, especially the first one, room 511. The floors were too nasty.Other units may be clean and nice, but 511 wasn't. For the price we paid, I guess I expected more. Kick back, turn on the fire place and relax. The condo has every thing you will ever need and more!There is only one thing that could be improved on and that is a sign in the parking area telling you were to walk to get to the lobby. It was 1AM when we arrived and could not find it any were. Then we left the parking area and drove on the main road and found it.We hatted to leave but it was time to return to the real world of work. We hope to see you next year!!!!!! The reason my overall stay was 1 star is because of someone in the condo beside us decide to make eggs for breakfast and leave them on the stove...therefore we returned late that evenng to billowing smoke. WHen I went to call for help....our room phone had no dial tone...go to the front desk (I understand that the clerk's do not work 24 hours) but the emergency number was posted but once phone! I had to jump over the counter to call for assistance. After the time waiting outside to finally go back to our room, either the managers or fire department decided to open ALL doors to air out that persons here we are packing and moving to another room b/c of the smell of smoke (if they had left the door shut I don't think there would have been a problem). Finally at 1am I was able to get my 5 year old to bed! But I guess the bright side was that we were able to see different condos and compare the decor. Agreat and convenient place to stay w/o ever moving your car! A guest from Oakwood, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2008 Didn't have bath linens in both baths when we arrived; they were shocked to hear that, but provided us w/those immediately. It was a little disappointing to have a fire pit provided on our balcony (as well as the pool/hot tub) and being told that they were not to be used. That is always a pleasureable experience for a vacationer in the Winter time. Also, last year (upon our touring the facility), we witnessed coffee/doughnuts in the a.m., cookies at p.m.....only this year at our arrival, we were told that they wasn't doing that this year. Little things like those make big impressions on vacationers...they count. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time. Price is a bit much, I feel, since the Baskins Creek Townhouses behind them rate at $159-$189/nightly (even on Holidays). They are 3 floors (3BR/3BA) w/ a hotub on the porch and a garage. Great Location!!! Loved it!!! A guest from Huntsville, Alabama recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2008 We loved our stay and will stay there again in the near future. It was beautifuly decorated and was amazing. The only complaint was the small smoke detector was going bad (batteries probably) and it chirped like a bird all night very loudly. They didn't come fix it, so both nights we had to deal with this. It didn't affect our stay though!
