This unit sleeps 10. King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, sleeper sofa. Also, it has 2 twin roll away beds. kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

Stayed for 5 days in October, 2012 There were burn spots in carpet, Shower curtain had a hole in it, a section of the binds was missing, blinds on patio door would not open or shut completely, needs new spatula, a plastic for for non stick skillet, and there was no baking sheet. The kitchen wash cloth had a bad stain on it. The bedspread was coming apart, and the fitted sheet on the bed barley fit and was torn on the corner. We stayed in the same condo 1 1/2 years ago, someone is not updateing it. This our 4th stay at Baskins Creek, but may look at other options in the future. One thing that was not good was the pull out couch that we had set for our daughter. mattress and frame were broken and we notified the staff. They were very apologetic and offered to move us. The staff is very courteous and helpful and the building is tastefully decorated. The condo's bed were very comfortable and was a great place for families. The condo is in walking distance of downtown about a 3 minute if that walk. Make sure you go to the Pancake pantry for breakfast and Best Italian Restaurant for excellent Italian food and Pizza.
