King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

From check in till departure, our stay was fantastic. The accommodations were better than our expectations. The proximity to all attractions in Gatlinburg and the strip was unbelievable. After reading about the trolley pickup by the lobby we were expecting a long walk to the strip; where as, the strip was a very short walk away. The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be for the hot tub to be open year round instead of seasonal and identify several rooms for smokers to enjoy a smoke on the balcony. The unit we stayed in this time was not as well maintained as the fifth floor unit we stayed in last year. For example, the tub in the master suite was dirty and I had to clean it before we used it.
