Fresh painted in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

We were within walking distance to all the great things to do in downtown gatlinburg. We could even walk to the village in the am for a good cup of coffee and donuts from the Donut Friar! We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath with 3 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Everything is practically new, comfy beds, and I love that we had a washer and dryer in our unit. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2012 I was looking on the net to find a place to stay in Gatlinburg last year and found some pics of Baskins Creek condos.The pics looked nice enough so I made a reservation.I did't know if the rooms would be as nice as the pictures were but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Out of all the hotel/condos that I have ever booked this was by far the best room that my family and I have stayed in. I have to make sure places are clean because my son has asthma and I am a neat freak. This was very very clean. When you stay somewhere you want it to be as nice as home and Baskins Creek condos is just that.And you are close enough to walk down to all of the shops on the strip. The unit I stayed in was two bedrooms. It had a nice little kitchen and a washer/dryer.Personally I don't like having to go home with dirty laundry so thats a plus. This would be a great place to stay on a honeymoon because it has a fireplace and a jetted tub plus it is very quiet so you can kids also loved this place.We don't have a fireplace at home so they really enjoyed it.The first time we stayed here,We had our children with us and the second time was a surprise anniversary trip for my husband. This will be the only place in Gatlinburg that we will stay from now on.And I really can't believe how affordable it is. The rates are about as much as a hotel.And a hotel does not have as many extras as these condos.This is our"HOME AWAY FROM HOME." I love this husband couldn't believe we found this great place online and we had never heard of it. We made sure to tell our family and friends so they could enjoy their stay in Gatlinburg as much as we did. We usually stay once a year. But just writing this review reminds me how much I love this place so we will probably be taking a second trip this year. The shower door has big gaps that allows water to easily escape. I would fold up a hand towel under the door to catch most of the water, but the bath mat would still get wet. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2009 This is a very nice place to stay and I would recommend it highly with a few notations. 1- No 24 hour service at reservation desk. Early check out procedure was not explained at check in.2- Limited to 6 towels and wash cloths per 2 bedroom unit. Must do laundry every day. 3- Limited to 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom for entire stay. If you plan to stay more than a couple of days, better bring your towels, wash cloths and toilet tissue.These are all small things but have always been furnished in other condo's in which I have stayed. Still, I would recommend this property and would stay there again. On a positive side, this is the only condo that I found that would let me stay for 2 nights on a holiday week-end. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2008 We really enjoyed our stay, but the only suggestion that I have is that there were not any kitchen towels or cloths and each guest only had one towel and washcloth each. Most condos have tons of towels, etc. We couldn't find a property manager at night when we noticed we did not have these items. The smokey mountains were very relaxing and delightful. Not to mention the Baskins Creek Condo's would be a travesty. All the amenities made you feel like royalty. Walking distance to all shopping, dinning, and attractions and when the long day was complete a very clean and quiet place to rest a weary eye. The pool was refreshing and very clean. However, overall we were disappointed with our stay. After checking in we discovered there was no phone service in this unit and we were told most units do not have phone service. We also discovered that the gas fireplace would not come on (in October) and we were informed that management does not turn them on until November. Our balcony view overlooked a burned out building.
