Newly Decorated with Luxury and charm. Two master bedroom suites each with king size bed, cable TV , gas log see-through fireplaces, large 2 person jacuzzi with spectacular views. The lving & dining area has a large mountain stone gas log fireplace, cable TV,Dvd Palyer with over 140+ movies for your viewing pleasure. Stereo/cd/cassette player. When we say fully equipped kitchen, we mean it ! A dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer are only starting places. We fill the cupboards with matching dishes, pots and pans, utensils and spices to complete your mountain experience(starbucks coffee). Sun deck and large covered deck with hot tub, charcoal grill, and patio furniture plus rocking chairs make this home complete. Our home is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned to assure your comfort. A short walk to a waterfall. Very Private! 2nd Bedroom is locked if only 2 guests are staying WIFI

Our Stay In Cabin 58 A guest from Decatur, AL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2012 Although the cabin was very clean, attractive, and the view on the porch was beautiful, we had a couple of inconveniences that we feel we must state to the homeowners. When we were out on the porch, we were able to enjoy the view over the mountains; however, on the rainy days when we stayed inside, the big picture window facing the wonderful view over the mountains was completely blocked by a giant black TV. We could not enjoy the view at all from inside the cabin - and we noticed that on your website, you carefully omitted that obstacle in the pictures you posted of the cabin interior. Also, when we arrived at the cabin, we intended to stay in the cabin most of the time. We cook, relax, read, and like to enjoy our time in cabins. However, we had a difficult time finding surface area to put our personal items on because of the dozens of stuffed bears on every surface area in the cabin. We came to the cabin to enjoy a relaxing time, but we were bombarded by at least 50 stuffed bears for sale in the cabin. We felt like we were in a tourist shop downtown. It gave for a feeling that the paying customer was not welcome to relax in the cabin with no customer rights. That was a big inconvenience for us as we have no interest in stuffed animals. I know that the owners must love their bears and people with kids may as well, but we felt that it was invasive. Another factor was that on your website, the homeowners advertised in text wording as well as pictures, two gas fireplaces. They pointed out that two gas fireplaces were available for customers and provided pictures. However, on two very cool rainy nights, we tried to activate the fireplaces, and neither one was working. We later found that buried in the fine print of the various paperwork that the homeowners stated that the gas to the fireplaces were turned off during the time of the year we were there. However, nothing was stated about that in the website! Unfortunately, we won?t return to this cabin. We have been staying with Alpine for 8 years in a row. We have stayed in Properties 15, 16, 57, 58 & 59 ourselves or with friend Rodney S. from Indianapolis, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in July, 2007 We love cabin 58 and 15 has a gorgeous view. We will keep coming to Gatlinburg every year for the rest of our lives. These two cabins are always so clean, spotless, and have all the comforts of home plus all you can dream of. The Hot Tubs are well maintained and have never been dirty, ever in any of our stays in either cabin. My wife and I only wish we could come more than once a year. We usually stay 10 days at a minimum. Southern Comfort #58 will always be our home in Gatlinburg. It was so clean and smelled wonderful when we entered the chalet! The view is breathtaking! The only complaint that I would have is that the road leading up to it is basically a one way road and as I was going up I came head on to an 18 wheeler truck! I had to back down the mountain to let him get by...that was scary! Other than that, I loved it and I will stay there again! IT'S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE OUR STAY BUT I RECALL THE STAFF THAT WAS WORKING THAT NIGHT WAS NO VERY FRIENDLY. WHEN I CHECKED IN I FELT LIKE A WAS MORE OF A BOTHER TO HER (WHICH I CANNOT RECALL HER NAME) THAN HER HAPPY THAT I WAS STAYING AT ONE OF YOUR PROPERTIES. I WILL BE THERE AGAIN IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS.
