not clean, bathtub were full of mild dew the cabin was full of spider webs. bar-b-Q did not work. bath sink was clogged.

A little disappointed

There were no washer & dryer, the downstairs bathroom is very dark, you can't see well enough to shave or put make up on, the upstairs sink is hard for someone to blow dry their hair and look in the mirror at the same time due to the fire extinguisher in the way, ants were all around the tub and in the garbage can in the kitchen, the chair looks like a reclining chair in living room but we were greatly disappointed to find out it is not! The location was good and the area was quiet.. If the other things don't bother you than this will be a great cabin for you, however this was our first & last at this cabin. Aunt Bugs staff were great & very friendly.. I have used them before and will do so again..

The Cabin was nice and the location was ok. I would not want to stay at this cabin during peak times when the cabins around it are booked, We like privacy. The cabin was clean to a point. The drawers for Kitchen Utensils and the drawer under the oven were terribly dirty. Baseboards and shower curtain needed cleaning. I know from experience that cleaning crews typically do not clean as I would but, it would be nice to stay at a completely clean cabin and not have to wash dishes and set aside for our use. I would not put them back in the cabinets and drawers. The Robes were a nice touch !!I would rent from Aunt Bugs again.

Loved the cabin. Loved the location. Loved the Smokeys. The staff was oddly unknowledgable. Didn't know where the nearest Grocery Store was; didn't know which of the hiking trails to recommend, etc. You should see them as basically arranging payment. But the location makes up for it!

That is why you were advised to stop and check with them. Cabin was well stocked and close to town....nice place if you candle the stairs that are steepBig problem was that we were told the the unit had internet and a washer and dryer. We even asked again while checking in and was told that it had both. When we called back to complain, we were told "that cabin never has had either. Also had no garbage can outside. Mgt was not very smart at all

Start with the map, it showed rattlesnake ridge as the street to turn into. It's not that, it's rattlesnake Hollow. Big issue at 10 PM on a Friday night. Cabin was great but very dirty, cob webs everywhere including over the bed. Key left in unit did not work in lock, we had to use lock box key at every entry. Pillows were rough and when we went to grab the extra pillow it was filthy. Great location great town but not someplace we will return to

Everything was extremely clean. Complete kitchen. Hot tub was already hot at 102 degrees. Bed was large and comfortable ( remember, we were on our honeymoon). Getting to the cabin was a little intimidating at first (remember, it's isolated on a mountain top), but after a few trips, to and from, it became a little more comfortable. This isolation, also meant that there was no traffic around. Total isolation. I would definitely consider renting again. Maybe on our first anniversary.

we enjoyed our cabin. loved the views and the hot tub. the cobwebs made us feel like we were at honme ha ha .we had a problem with the gas grill and it was fixed immediately. overall we loved our stay and would come bakc again. thanks for all !!

We spent our 10 year anniversary at LOVE NEST #334 had a great weekend. The only complaint was that there were a lot of cobwebs in the corners and the ceiling fans could use a good cleaning. The tv's were outdated,but we were not there to watch tv. The heart shaped tub and the hot tub was the best place to be.

Wasn't what i asked for as for location , want clean vary dusty a lot of spider webs every where even above the bed where i was sleeping, picture on website was deceiving, was vary disappointed with it all. When i asked for a cabin in the mountains over looking Gatlinburg, that's what i wanted not a cabin in a what you might as well call it a subdivision. Will not stay there again and will not recommend it either.

Had a great time in this cabin. But there were some things that I was not happy about at all. First of all there were lots and lots of spider webs/ cob webs that should have been cleaned away. Most were up high but still no excuse. Second there was no view like the pictures showed. There were some small trees that had grown up in front of the balcony which took the view away. Easily could have been trimmed. Also grill and utinsels very disgusting. Very disappointed in all of that. I paid a lot of money to stare at trees and cob webs. Very poor cleanin and maitanance on this property. We still had a good time in gatlinburg though.

The cabin was nice it just had lots of cob webs around and looked like the last cleaning job had just been a quick walk through. I would recommend buying new sheets and comforter for the bed upstairs as they are pretty old. Otherwise, we had a great stay! Thank you!

The first night we arrived for our honeymoon we found ants in our shower and a spider hanging from the ceiling. That really set the mood for our honeymoon (sarcasm). The ceiling fan in the bedroom looked like it had not been dusted in ages. And so did the chest of drawers in the bedroom. We arrive back one day and an army of ants is all over our stove. All we did was leave a CLOSED box of doughnuts out- nothing was left out uncovered. The problem we had with the ants goes to show that Aunt Bugs doesn't take precautions but just waits around for someone to have a problem before doing anything about an insect problem. If Aunt Bugs does spray for insects then it isn't done frequently enough. I will never stay there again and will never recommend it to anyone. We were afraid to even try out the jacuzzi after seeing the cleanliness of everything else.

We would have been more than happy to send the pest control company back out the same-day to take care of the issue had it been reported.

The pilot light on the water heater kept going out. We couldn't enjoy the heart shaped indoor hot tub. The linens were dingy and looked very old.

Where to start raccoons living in the walls, ant festation, filthy with cob webbs and dust bunnys everywhere, we made the reservation for 3 people and not enough linnens or towels for the three of us, the couch did not fold out into a bed as informed the internet/tv didnt work the dishes were dirty, bbq grille area is gross I am sure I have left out many things wich I had informed the office about at time of checkout but the customer service representative wouldnt give me the time of day to resolve the concerns. I took pictures of all of the discusting conditions we had the discomfort of experiencing at aunt bugs. I was overcharged for not reserving atleast a week in advance.

If you enjoy sub par customer service thus may be the company for you. The cabin we stayed in was dirty to say the least. Old used grease pans were in the oven. Bacon grease slung all over the stove and counters along with questionable hairs in the bathroom. The cabin supplied a 15" tube television. However the cable was disconnected. I was told by the hotel manager after I asked for some form of refund toward the cabin that although they do advertise cable it is a luxery, and didn't warrant any refunds or transfers. Worst experience I have ever had in Tennessee. I will not be using this company again.
