Needs update Kevin G. from Lawrenceburg, KY does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2013 The pilot light on the water heater kept going out. We couldn't enjoy the heart shaped indoor hot tub. The linens were dingy and looked very old. Property Manager Response: Response from Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals Thank you for your review. the name says it all ants and bugs, infested, and filthy. BRIAN M. from Rapid River, MI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 Where to start raccoons living in the walls, ant festation, filthy with cob webbs and dust bunnys everywhere, we made the reservation for 3 people and not enough linnens or towels for the three of us, the couch did not fold out into a bed as informed the internet/tv didnt work the dishes were dirty, bbq grille area is gross I am sure I have left out many things wich I had informed the office about at time of checkout but the customer service representative wouldnt give me the time of day to resolve the concerns. I took pictures of all of the discusting conditions we had the discomfort of experiencing at aunt bugs. I was overcharged for not reserving atleast a week in advance. I wouldn't recommend aunt bugs cabin rentals to anyone!! CYNTHIA L. from GREENVILLE, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 If you enjoy sub par customer service thus may be the company for you. The cabin we stayed in was dirty to say the least. Old used grease pans were in the oven. Bacon grease slung all over the stove and counters along with questionable hairs in the bathroom. The cabin supplied a 15" tube television. However the cable was disconnected. I was told by the hotel manager after I asked for some form of refund toward the cabin that although they do advertise cable it is a luxery, and didn't warrant any refunds or transfers. Worst experience I have ever had in Tennessee. I will not be using this company again.
