The room is located on the floor land, independent entry and is also used for the disabled, a small table outside and there is the ability to add a bed, the price includes all linens. The bathroom is with shower.

Overall Property Description:
Our family owns and manages the holidayfarm "Old Tower" which is located in the Tuscany Area known for the Chianti Wine.
In our property there are many fields and we personally cultivate wineyards, olive trees and vegetable graden.
The house is situated in the open country, along the Francigena Route near the Santa Maria in Chianni church and far from trafic.
We are in the municipal district of Gambassi Terme, situated near Certaldo, San Gimignano, and Volterra.
We guarantee a very relaxing stay in a peaceful place full of natural beauties.
We give hospitality in an old luxury country house with a XII TH century tower with firt-class treatment.
From the "OLD TOWER" house you can easily reach Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and Certaldo (famous for the summer festival called MERCANTIA, from the 1 st to 15th of july) there are beatiful walks from here (you can reach San Gimignano) mountain-bike tracks and near the guest house there are the Thermal Baths of Gambassi.
At guests disposal:
Restaurant open in the evening (on request) with delicious typical tuscany dishes, good and genuine wines.
Swimming pool with Roman stairs, the size of 12x6 with maximum depth of 1.40 meters.
The house has 7 double rooms (one of these in the tower) all with bathroom, price included breakfast and we provide rooms with bed and bath linen with weekly change.

The nearest station to reach the historic towns located 6 km in Certaldo or Castelfiorentino.
Bus stop 1800 mt far from the property.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
