Great beachfront home, sleeps 18. Sits right on the beach and on the edge of the park for the ultimate in privacy and relaxation. Home has a private locking door from stairwell, leading to an expansive Gulf front balcony. 3 Bedrooms, 1 1 /2 baths upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. Central air and heat, TV, VCR, CD Player, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Fireplace, BBQ Grill, Enclosed Outside Shower, and Deck Furniture. 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Queen sleeper & 1 queen futon upstairs and 2 queens and 2 bunk sets downstairs. Bring your own bed and bath linens or we will furnish for an additional $8 per person plus tax. No smoking/no pets

Additional Notes:
Summer rentals are weekly only in advance, Sunday to Sunday. Summer weekends are reserved only at the last minute. Price includes all taxes, fees, cleaning upon your departure. Linens will be furnished for an additional $86.60. To confirm a reservation we require one half of the rent down and we accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. There is a $75 cancellation fee and cancellations must be received at lest 21 days prior to arival date.
