This property sits by itself and within thirty feet of the beach. Large porch, facing east toward the ocean and ideal for drinking your coffee and watching the sunrise. Sleeps a total of 14, two master bedrooms downstairs - one has a king and the other a queen size bed. There is a large heart shaped jacuzzi tub in the king master bathroom. The queen size master bedroom has a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Living area is spacious and open with large windows facing the oceean so you can star gaze and watch the moon rise over the water! Central air & heat, washer/dryer, cable TV (3), DVD, CD Player, VCR, Stereo, Dishwasher, Ice maker, Charcoal grill, picnic table. 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Queen Sleepers, 2 Twins, 1 Twin trundle that converts to a full. No smoking/no pets.

Additional Notes:
One-half of the rent is required as a downpayment and we accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Checks are not accepted at check-in and the security deposit must be paid by cash, cashier's check, or money order. Once reservation is confirmed, there will be a $75 fee if cancelled. Cancellations received less than three weeks of your arrival date will cause loss of rent paid, unless we are able to re-rent it for the same amount of time.
