This charming 3 bedroom/2 bath home in popular Bermuda Beach is a great vacation retreat! This second row cutie easily accommodates 11 people. There is a queen in the master bedroom on the upper level (private deck & bath room!), the second bedroom also has a queen, and there is a great kids' room - one bunk set and a pyramid bunk (twin on top/full on bottom), plus a queen sleeper in the living room. The roomy deck faces the Gulf for you to enjoy the view and soak up the sun - or if you don't have the energy for that - relax in the shade on the covered ground level patio and enjoy a nap in the hammock, or swing your cares away! There is also a picnic table on the patio for an extra dining area. Ready for the beach? It's only steps away! This house has central air and heat, cable tv (2), washer/dryer, CD Player, Hi-Speed Internet, charcoal grill, and deck furniture. No pets/no smoking -- not even on the deck please!!

Additional Notes:
Summer reservations are weekly only in advance, Sunday to Sunday. Weekends during the summer may be rented only at the last minute, e.g. the same week. Cancellation fee is $75 - must cancel at least 3 weeks prior to arrival.
