Large windows for the ultimate beach view. Central heat and air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, VCR, stereo, CD Player, DVD Player, Direct TV. This home is new to our rental program - be one of the first to enjoy this beauty! 1 King, 2 sets of Bunks, 2 Twins (or can be another King)in loft, queen sleeper sofa in living room. No smoking/no pets, please.

Additional Notes:
To reserve, one half of the rent is due - Master Card, Visa, and Discover are accepted. The balance of the rent plus the cash refundable security deposit are paid upon check-in. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to arrival date to get your down payment back. There is a $75 cancellation fee.
