The beach is just steps away from this 3 bedroom/2 bath, family friendly home. Sleeps 10. Central air & heat, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, stereo, cable TV, CD Player, DVD Player, washer/dryer, outside shower. Gulf views from two decks - one in front of house and one in the back. 1 Queen + 1 twin, 1 Queen + 1 Twin, and 2 sets of bunk beds. No pets/no smoking.

Additional Notes:
Prices include all taxes, fees, cleaning upon your departure, and bed and bath linens. Summer rentals are weekly only in advance, Sunday to Sunday - summer weekends are made only at the last minute. One half of the rent down is required to confirm and we accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. There is a $75 cancellation fee and cancellation must be received at least 21 days prior to arrival date.
