Ancient hamlet dating back to the year 998, situated in the Chianti region and offering 5 nice apartments. In the year 1204 this hamlet used to be border-line between Florence and Siena regions. The hamlet comprises 4 houses, a small church and a small B&B but all of the 5 apartments are in a private area near the church. This property has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features as well as old materials. The hamlet is in quiet and dominating location in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, amidst magnificent vineyards and olive groves and offers enchanting views over the surrounding landscape and over the beautiful castle of Brolio. All of the units provide an outdoor area and are nicely furnished, in a rustic style and with some ancient pieces. The property also offers a large garden with panoramic pool.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 700 m.
