This medieval hamlet has been totally and carefully renovated and refurbished to be one of the most beautiful agriturismos in Tuscany. We are located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, in the most authentic Tuscan countryside imaginable. The hamlet sits in what is known as the “castle zone” between Siena and Florence, two of the most significant historical cities of the region.
It is far from any noise and pollution, but just three kilometers from the small village of Gaiole in Chianti, and gently nestled between vineyards, olive groves and woods. Our accommodations all have their own unique properties: exposed wooden beams, classic “cotto” tiles, Jacuzzi, fireplace, etc.
Rooms have air conditioning and modern facilities.
There is a charming and romantic restaurant on site in what was once the wine cellar of the property. The cuisine is typical of Tuscany. At the restaurant we serve our own award winning wines, produced following the practices of organic farming. At the winery it is possible to do have both wine tastings and wine tours, where our wine maker will unveil the secrets of our vineyards. We also have a small wellness area, where guests can enjoy a beautiful bath in chocolate or wine in a paneled Jacuzzi. Soothing massages are also available upon request. During the spring and summer guests can spend the day at the pool or take refreshing walks in the cool woods, and at sunset or early morning, sports fans will find the ideal setting for playing tennis, archery, ping pong, jogging or walking, breathing pure air.

The hamlet of Barbischio with one restaurant and bar at 1.5 km.
Gaiole in Chianti with all kind of shops at 4 km.
Motor vehicle access to the house: 1.5 km via unpaved road not suitable for sport car.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,
100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
