Resort: Famous, busy resort, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 30 km south from Mßlaga, 25 km east from Torremolinos. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: railway station in the resort. Bus service. Torremolinos 20 km. Mijas 10 km. C=rdoba 190 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Mßlaga (AGP) 25 km. Of tourist interest is the old fortress of San Isidro. Despite a lot of changes arising from tourism over the last few years, this town, previously a fishing town, has not lost its charm and typical Andalucian style. Lovely promenade. It is possible to hire boars. Between the 6 and 12 October there is the pretty Fuengirola fair, with spectacular horse riding displays. It is possible to play golf in Mijas.

Resort in Summer: Sandy beach. Swimming pool. Sports harbour. Sailing, water skiing. Tennis, golf course. Amusement park "Tfvoli World" 10 km.
